Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Gifts’N’Giggles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned:
Once an order is handed to the courier or delivery service, control is transferred to them.
Please contact the courier directly, as they will have the most accurate tracking information.
Changes to an order (address corrections, delivery dates, customization details) must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
Gifts’N’Giggles maintains a strict no-refund policy on all orders due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are only issued if a mistake is made on our end (e.g., incorrect color, wrong design, missing components).
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
