Shipping Policy

At Gifts’N’Giggles, every item is handmade with care. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are custom-made. Typical processing times are:

  • Standard orders: 3–7 business days
  • Large or highly customized orders: 5–14 business days
  • Holiday seasons: Processing times may extend due to high order volume.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Options

We currently offer:

Local Delivery (Ottawa & Gatineau)

  • Delivery occurs 1–3 days after your order is processed.
  • You will be contacted to confirm delivery time and location.

Pick-Up

  • Free pick-up available at an agreed location (shared after your order is confirmed).

Canada-Wide Shipping

  • Available for select items only.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Delivery Attempts

For local deliveries:

  • If you are unavailable during the confirmed delivery window, a second attempt can be made for an additional fee, depending on location.
  • You may choose free pick-up instead.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Gifts’N’Giggles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier or delivery service, control is transferred to them.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Please contact the courier directly, as they will have the most accurate tracking information.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review the case and provide a solution only if the damage is due to a mistake on our part.

6. Order Changes

Changes to an order (address corrections, delivery dates, customization details) must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

7. NO REFUNDS

Gifts’N’Giggles maintains a strict no-refund policy on all orders due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are only issued if a mistake is made on our end (e.g., incorrect color, wrong design, missing components).

8. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
